Brief: Festival Hall asked X Marketing to help them design their new website with integrated CMS, with the goal of increasing visitation and click through rate to ticketing partner, Ticketmaster and providing a one-stop-shop for ticket holders to access information regarding events and the venue.
Strategy: Increased visitation was achieved using a combination of Search Engine Optimsation, monthly newsletter and viral link generation.
Result: Increased site visitation from avg 400/week to over 1500/week unique visitors. Reduced direct calls to front office requesting information resulting in increased staff productivity and revenue through online ad sales within website.
